How to Partner With Us
Once you make contact with us you can expect a discovery meeting to determine the HR needs and priorities. During this time, we will listen to your concerns and assess what has or has not been working. Based on our observations, we will then diagnose for any gaps or inefficiencies. After the assessment we will make recommendations based off of your company’s priorities and budget. We always have your bottom line in mind and encourage open dialogue throughout so that we can diagnose all HR practices properly. We will align to your company’s mission, its values, and your goals.
Once a scope of work is determined, we will manage your priorities based on an agreed upon timeline.
