We strive to mitigate risks while complying with HR regulations. Some team members proudly have many years in employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, and training for the US Marine Corps and in various other capacities. We possess varied expertise and extensive knowledge in contracts, insurance, financials, and payroll. This includes areas of local, state, and federal law compliance experience and the ability to perform risk management, all of which have yielded to investor and property successes. The team has extensive backgrounds in accounting, event coordination, and business management and pride ourselves in being organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in logistics and communications. We have experience in corporate and staff communications, monitoring and reporting to local labor offices, and residency requirements for adherence to EDC regulations. Our team has decades of experience with investor assets, budgets, inspections, AR and AP, marketing, business, and employee development. We perform executive coaching and are a strategic partner for executive management. Our HRIS Analysts have worked in multiple capacities offering critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and cross-team collaboration to understand business needs, translating those needs into projects, and then driving the projects to completion. As a company, we have implemented and transformed client’s recruitment systems and processes, streamlined selection, and redesigned onboarding and offboarding programs. Our team members hold a combined educational and experience background spanning over a century. Our consultants hold Bachelor’s degrees ranging from Human Resources Management and Public Affairs to International Business, Management of Technical Education, and Organizational Leadership.
Many of our consultants are members of either SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), or American Society for Public Administration. Most of our HR consultants hold HR certifications including SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, and Prosci Certified Change Management. Other designations held include Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Certified Manager of Community Associations, Association Management Specialist, and Professional Community Association Manager.
